the location is great, right by temple square and near public transport.
the staff was slow and inefficient, taking hours to resolve my room issue. I also had repeated problems with the room key not working.

the hotel is impeccably located in the heart of the city, with Temple Square just across the street and City Creek Shopping Plaza a short walk away. the staff were incredibly friendly, offering helpful recommendations for dining and providing coupons. the amenities, including the restaurant with delicious steak and fries, a beautiful pool with a view of the Temple, and an affordable laundromat on site, made my stay comfortable and convenient. the availability of an airport shuttle and the proximity of the tram station across the street made exploring the city hassle-free and car-free. With super-friendly staff, clean and comfortable beds, and parking , Surestay Collection By Best Western surpassed my expectations for a pleasant stay.
